Guarantee your spot in the 2021 Bank of America Chicago Marathon by running in support of the Opportunity Knocks Warriors. Runners who register with an Opportunity Knocks guaranteed entry will be responsible for fundraising a minimum of $1,250 (your marathon entry will be reimbursed when the fundraising minimum of $1,250 is achieved!)

Important Dates

Guaranteed Entry Application Opens
Open as of today through Feb. 18
Opportunity Knocks Runners who register through the charity process during the guaranteed application window will be responsible for fundraising a minimum of $1,250. Other guaranteed entries include time qualifiers, legacy runners, and 2020 deferred applications.

Runner Perks

For running with Team Opportunity Knocks, you will receive a Warrior Wellness shirt, a standing invitation to our Walk to Run Club with the Warriors from May to September in 2021, a personal fundraising webpage with tips on how to fundraise and, registration fee reimbursement for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon with $1,250 fundraising minimum.

Application Dates & Details

Applications must be received by Noon, Feb. 18, 2021 in order to be considered for one of Opportunity Knocks’ guaranteed entry into the 2021 Chicago Marathon.

Additional entries may be available after Feb. 18th; however, the required fundraising minimum will increase. Please see application timing and fundraising minimums below:

Register to run the Bank of American Chicago Marathon with Opportunity Knocks on the Charity Application page. All runners must pay their entry fee. Once you reach your fundraising minimum Opportunity Knocks will refund your entry fee! Once the waivers have been completed and reviewed, you will be sent a link to register with Team OK
