The aptly dubbed (self-ascribed) Knockout Pickles Dream Team couldn’t be more excited to receive this incredible donation of a 3-door reach in commercial refrigeration unit from our friends at Major Appliance Service. and Equipment Dynamics! Big thanks to Adam, Beth and Jim for making this happen and allowing us to stop bogarting all the fridge space in the River Forest Community Center for our pickles, cucmbers and farm produce. Thanks also to the River Forest Community Center for supporting our needs as we worked to acquire the new unit. If we had the need, we could fit nearly 40 5-gallon buckets in this bad boy!! Time to make the pickles!! #nonprofit #knockoutpickles
